Raul Diaz was great, he really helped us a lot... he's very knowledgeable, and didn't put any pressure on us... His service and experience were great. If you go here ask for Him, I recommend it! Can't say the same for the Finance Manager, he was Rude and didn't even know about the existing offers on his website... My wife had to show him and the other finance guy their own website with the 3.5% APR Offer... they were trying to charge us 5% APR... That part of the experience was very unpleasant!

Being in the car market in ‘22 has been tough. But I managed to find exactly what I wanted at an amazing price at this store. I called up to check it’s availability and out the door price and luckily I managed to wind up with Bob Williams being my salesman. I love 6 hours out of state from this store but he made sure they held the car for me until I could make it down. He only gave me what I asked and didn’t try to sake me anything I didn’t want. As this was my first time buying a car on my own I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. He kept clear communication, helped walk me through the process, held the car for me to fly down, and over all just made this a pleasant experience. The whole process went super smoothly and I was out and on the road in no time. If you’re looking to buy from this store ask for Bob (Robert) Williams. I would put 0 stars if possible. On 4/26/22, my husband took our 2018 Murano in for maintenance service and to have a new tire installed. He was assisted by Service Advisor Kevin Ledesma who ordered a new $251.00 tire to replace the left front tire that was plugged in March, 2020 and developed a slow leak. He expressed concern to Kevin that when maintenance was performed, the plugged tire on the left front would be rotated to the left rear which opened up the possibility of the wrong tire being replaced once the new tire arrived. Kevin insisted and assured him that would not happen, that the plugged tire would be replaced with the new tire. Maintenance was apparently performed before the new tire arrived. On 4/27/22 he tried to reach Kevin to ask if the car was ready for pickup, but was told Kevin was not at work. On 4/28 we were finally able to pickup the car. The car was not driven and parked in our driveway from 4/28 to 5/23. On May 23rd, as my husband was leaving to go to a doctor appointment, the low tire pressure warning light came on indicating the left rear tire only had 15 lbs of pressure. Upon inspecting the left rear tire, he noticed it was the PLUGGED TIRE...the one that was supposed to have been replaced with the new tire which means the tires were rotated before the new tire arrived, and the plugged tire that was originally on the left front was moved to the left rear by whoever serviced the car. That means a perfectly good tire moved to the left front was disposed of and replaced with the new tire, leaving us with a leaking plugged tire on the left rear of our car. On 5/23, he called Autonation and spoke to SA Kevin Ledesma who said it wasn't his fault and there's nothing he can do. My husband called back and asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to GM Mark Gonzalez. He complained to Mr. Gonzalez that the wrong tire was replaced by their service department sometime between 4/26 and 4/28 and that the fair thing for Autonation to do is to order a new tire to replace the leaking plugged tire they left on the car. Mr. Gonzalez was very indignant and unapologetic; said there's nothing he can do about it because too much time had transpired between 4/26 and 5/23; said he could order a new tire but we would have to pay their cost; and even insinuated to my husband that he was lying. I spoke with Mr. Gonzalez and argued that the blame lies with Autonation and they should absorb the cost for their mistake of replacing the wrong tire on our car even after our concern of that happening was expressed to SA Ledesma. Mr. Gonzalez said he could not provide any remedy for this situation and that we were basically screwed. When informed Mr. Gonzalez that a complaint would be forwarded to corporate he told me to go right ahead and do it because he'll be the one responding to the complaint and he still wouldn't do anything to correct the mistake...a mistake he refused to admit was made by his service department. GM Gonzalez is the epitome of bad management practice and poor customer satisfaction/service relations.

The service was good, but I was surprised that when I came, the service person didn't check that I was a customer of Auto Nissan. He even asked me the purpose of my visit, especially when I notify that I need to do the contract regular service maintenance of my Murano when making my service appointment. In my experience with previous Nissan dealerships, the service person always knew the purpose of my visit, and what I did was confirm the purpose and if I wanted to check something else on the car. I also noticed that I have to sign a working service agreement with an amount indicated in the agreement that I need to pay when the service contract, which is very confusing, already covered the service cost.

Great experience with Nissan AutoNation Pembroke!!! Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. They picked up an issue with a lower control arm bushing cracking and resolved this with readily available OEM Nissan parts. Service was efficient and my Pathfinder was ready in no time. For excellent customer service, ask for Othniel Arteaga! He will make sure you have a great experience at the Nissan AutoNation Service Center. If you need a new or used car, I speak to Russell. He understands what customers want and is a no BS sales guy.

Worst place do not take your vehicle here they will lie and try to upsale you. No customer service at all was even cursed at by one of the kids you have working there named Anthony. Dropped car of with appointment on a Tuesday 7 am appointment never got an update on car had to continue to call to find out nothing had been done. Left car there for a week and nothing had to call Manager Mark Gonzalez who again gave me the run around and tried to sell me on getting a whole new spoiler fir my car instead of just changing the light on it. He was also trying to make it seem it was my fault about what was going on promised to call with update on car but never did. Whole experience was horrible never been treated so badly as a paying customer before. Not to mention I was cussed at when I went to pick car up. I know this is a multi million dollar company and im just one customer but im in the retail and customer service for over 25 yrs and interact with hundreds of people in the area weekly and because of the way i was treated will never refer anyone there as long as this treatment continues. Someone Needs to re evaluate what is going on at this location

I was seen without an appointment to get my oil changed and to have my tire checked (I knew I had a nail in it). My technician Axel was amazing and communicated that I needed a new tire and that my tire couldn’t be repaired due to where the nail was located on the tire. I told him that I would shop around and check prices and if they were the best price would come back to get the tire. When I drove into the shop the tire with the nail was low on air 20 - although I did not buy a tire I was expecting them to at least fill my tires to the correct pressure. I left with the tire at 20 and had to put air myself. Otherwise this would have been 4 star review.

Took my car in for servicing last Monday. I specifically stated, Im brining in my rogue for Servicing for 120,000 or 90,000 miles, In addition i'ts driving rough, and I also stated that the tire maintenance light is on I have to say, they were polite on dropping me back home to wait. I got a call from Rodriguez from servicing informing me of the issues. I had to replace the suspension, alternator belt and transmission fluid and advise I should go ahead I get my oil Change done. He also stated that he would help me out with the cost of the transmission job, quoted me around $1380. I approve to move forward with cost quoted. At the end Of the day he called to say I can pick up my car, keys at the casher. At 6:30pm when got there and receive a $1717.00 bill, its not what was quoted to me, there was only a $20.00 discount, the tire maintenance light was still on, car was not washed. I asked to speak to the manager they all left for the day. Tony came to speak to me and was absolutely defensive and basically could not help me because he didnt service my car, I reminded him he represented NISSAN, regardless of who worked on my car. I asked Tony about my tire maintenance, he said I needed my tires rotated. I thought was, isnt this part of my servicing. My car was damage when I took it in, but the muffler was hanging when it came out of servicing and now ALL the lights are on. WHAT THE HELL NISSIAN. This is my third Nissan Rogue got them all in Maryland and they were service in Maryland and never had a bad experience. Looking at my receipt they put me under somebody else's name and email address, so they will be filling out the survey and not the person, me, who had the experience.

Everyone was very pleasant and proffessional. Robert was extremely nice and full of energy. They were somewhat short staffed.Only three guys there,but I couldn't really tell,because their customer service was A++ Update ***I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for 2 years. My guy was Robert initially. He was very nice and professional. He stopped working there a few months after I met him. Then I had a gentleman that wasn't to nice and I wasn't impressed with his customer service skills so I don't remember his name. When I returned again for oil service I had a different gentleman name Manny. He's very nice attentive and professional. I had a issue with my driver seat and it's been months and the issue was never resolved. Their turnover is horrible. I talked to Robert about the issue I also spoke to Manny, and two different managers. Zane whom after a few months is no longer there either,and didn't write any notes about our discussion. So when I went this time I met Fernandez the new manager who was brought in from Atlanta. His arrogance didn't sit well with me. Maybe he will last a little longer than all the other managers that stated they were there to make necessary changes for the better.Based on my experience I have my doubts.Needless to say my oil was changed that day,but my issue still not resolved. The only good thing that came out of it, is some of their pleasant employees. Joe who greeted me when I arrived.Nesto the Columbian gentleman I also met that day. Lloyd my always so pleasant Jamaican sales rep.and Rob the sales manager. who's always walking around being ever so pleasant like always! Their customer service is always on point, with the exception of the rude receptionist named Cooper.They always make me smile each time I go there. This is the reason why I'm a repeated customer. They just need to work on keeping their word and fix my seat!

I scheduled an appointment for a specific date and time for AC repair and brakes. I dropped off the car at 11:00AM. as scheduled. I met with the representative to go over the reason for my visit. He told me as soon as they assessed the car he would call me to discuss diagnose, repairs, estimates, etc. At 4:00PM I called my representative to follow up on the care since I have not heard from him. He told me the technician had not able to look at my car yet but he would get to it within an hour. I called again an hour later and was informed the technician would not be able to look at the car until the next day and they would give me a loaner in the meantime for the inconvenience. I agreed and went to the dealership to get the loaner. To my surprise when I got to the dealership the representative told me they could not give me a rental because they do not work with my auto insurance company. Therefore I would have to bring the car back the next day. I could not believe what I was hearing. My car had been at their shop for 7 hours and no one looked at it. The told me they would provide a loaner and they didn't. Instead they asked me to bring the car again with no regards for the time I had already taken off from work and the additional time I would have to take off to bring the car back. I asked for a manager, and of course, all managers were gone for the day. Only the parts manager was still on site and came to speak to me and offered no solution, other than I had to bring the car back. The following day I called the service manager, Eloy, and of course he was not available. I left several messages and never received a call from Eloy or anyone else. I was in total disbelief on how I was treated. This dealership claims the following on their website: "If your vehicle needs more extensive service, or you need to be somewhere else, we can also arrange a loaner vehicle for you to use. We know your time is valuable. At AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines, we hope to make servicing your vehicle less of a chore by providing you these convenient options". Not a true statement at all. These people have no regards for the customer's time or needs. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who is expecting reliable, honest and professional service.

I spent about 4 hours at dealership. They ordered a replacent part that was supposed to be delivered the next day. I pre paid for the service, but nobody called me back to confirm that the part arrived. I called the next day to inquire and was promised a follow up, but I still have not heard back.

Unfortunately whoever ordered your white Nissan frontier there maxed it out to a price that didn't really make sense for a midsize truck which obviously is why it's still sitting there at 38 to 39K. I went in for service regarding a recall on my Altima. Unfortunately, I had damage to the car resulting from the faulty hood latch. A young man named Kevin I don't know his last name and Rob Hassan who is a manager, both assisted me. I have to tell you that I could not have asked for better service. Although it took a while because parts are hard to come by, my car is absolutely perfect. They even gave me a rental car for the entire time that it was in the shop. I highly recommend AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines they are truly the best!

Made an appointment for my Honda for an oil change, transmission service, air filter and tire rotation and brake inspection When I arrived I was told they could not do the transmission service since they did not carry the transmission oil but would complete the other services. When service was complete 1 1/2 hours later they informed me that they did not do the tire rotation because the tires looked even and did not need it and they did not have the air filter. Upon my car was pulled into the service bay I noticed something hanging from the base of the engine. When I inquired what it was they said I must of run over something and damaged the dust cover. This is not the way my car was given to them. I live 1/2 mile from the dealership. Driving home the tire pressure alert came on and the damaged Dust cover with the would hit and make a dragging sound very unsatisfactory and unsafe to drive. Upon my inspection at home o noticed the heat shield was attached with zip ties. I called and left a message for the manager but as of today was never contacted back. On Monday I brought my car to Honda found out they damaged the screw holes to attach the dust cover and had the done the tire rotation and brake inspection that was needed they would have found a critical failure of the left rear brake. At no time during service was I notified of any problems. Total lack of customer service communication and safety for the customer

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. The manager doesn’t manage and the employees are awfully rude.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever purchase a car from here. The service dept. is trash I’ve never gotten a car wash after service which is advertised. And I’ve waited for 4-6 hours for an oil change. Never was offered a rental car for the numerous cancellations of appointments. And I received mail that advertised things that aren’t available. They’re very accommodating to Spanish people and very neglectful of the American. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Only Spanish people have great experiences here. The best thing that ever happened to this dealer is Day Foster, she’s the best in the building

I contacted them on April 26th about an 2017 BMW 540 and around 8pm I said I would be there next day at 12:30 to buy the car. I was very clear to the seller Raul A. Diaz that I was coming from Orlando which is about 4hs driving. Getting that they told me the car was sold and they didn’t have the decency to tell me. What kind of costumer relationship is that? This was by far my worst car buying experience I ever had!!! Lessons learned: I will never set foot on any Autonation and will never recommend them to anybody.

Dealerships tend to be expensive anyway, but today was insane. What I didn't appreciate is that I got different quotes from different people. Not cool. Everyone needs to be on the same page. I paid $500 for a new key. Meanwhile, I only received one key when I bought the car from them anyway.

And usually the people who speak to me remember that women have been allowed to vote for quite some time now. Misogyny isn’t okay any more Nissan. Jordan is the BEST employee at this location. He should provide customer service training to the rest of the automotive service staff. He is the only one that is ever available when his desk phone rings and he provides continuous updates during repairs. I love Nissan of Pembroke Pines simply because of Jordan and the service he provides. Update: I recently visited Auto Nation Nissan on Monday, March 27, 2022. I was informed, after inquiring, that Jordan is no longer an employee, I prayed for the best. Obviously, scheduling an appointment meand nothing. I arrived at 10:15am for a 10:40am appointment, was initially seen by Antonio around 11:00am. I thought this is not so bad, Antonio assured me that he would take care of me and get constant updates from the mechanics on my diagnostics. 2 hours later no diagnostics started, 4 hours later, Tony is nowhere to be found. After inquiring, I'm told he left for the day, I'm perplexed. I then ask Kevin (I think that's his name - Antonio's backup) if he could provide a status on my vehicle. He seems overwhelmed and reluctant to help me, its now 5 hours later and he proceeds to tell me that the mechanics need 5-10 more minutes to perform diagnostics on my vehicle. Imagine my disbelief! 30 minuteslater, Kevin has a quote for service, tells me that nothing is covered on my warranty, that is purchased through Nissan and that I must pay a diagnostic fee of $170 something, I am disappointed and disgusted, I pay, proceed to my car to check my warranty. After checking I realized everything except 2 items on the invoice is covered in my warranty and proceed inside to inquire. Once inside, I can see the lady approaching Kevin with my paperwork and him throwing his hands up in the air and say WHAT DOES SHE WANT! Thankfully Rob Hassan was walking past and recognized me. Rob asked if I was being taking care of, I explained my discovery, he called Kevin over and asked that he assist me once again. Once Rob walked away Kevin told me that he needed to pick a customer up before submitting my paperwork to the warranty company for a response, he leaves me sitting yet again. 1 hour has now passed, Kevin has yet to return, I call Rob and let him know that I'm still waiting, I have been waiting for 7 hours and still no resolution. Rob Hassan gladly assists with no problem. It's Wednesday and I have yet to receive an answer, call back or response to a voicemail left regarding an update on my vehicle. I always love coming here, but the wait times are terrible checked in like 0720 for an appointment. Didn't leave til 4.5 hours later for breaks. I had the privilege of getting Abel. His was informative of all my needs and as a result all my needs were met. I mentioned to him what services I needed and then he informed me that even though I came in for just an oil change Auto Nation will inspect my vehicle to see if there are any issues that needs further attention. I was pleased to hear that. While waiting in the waiting room he gave me updates on the status of my vehicle. Everything was clear to me so I had no confusion. When I checked my car the label of how many miles I would need to come in again to change my oil. That's a big deal for me because I have so many things going I can't keep up so that little sticker helps. I was not happy with my services. The person taking care of me had me pay more for an oil change and didn't even have the car inspected for my car insurance company. He was very condescending and unprofessional. He said that people called out because they were high and had hangovers. This is not a conversation that should be had in front of customers. Why should I know that the employees get high. I work for a hospital if I said anything like that in front of patients I could lose my job. Worse service ever and I hate that male representatives always find a way to cheat women. I paid the $75 for the oil change but I will never return to this place ever again. Disgusted is all I can truly come up with to describe the interaction I just had here. I just came back from visiting this dealership (to potentially buy a car) and I have never seen such a nasty display of customer service from an upper management individual. Mark Gonzalez, who I believe is the General Manager of this location is the most disrespectful person I have come across in a very long time. I was waiting outside with my family for a Lyft (we got picked up) and as the Lyft driver was trying to get out, the gate was closed. They close at 9:00pm but the gate was already closed by 7:30pm. The Lyft driver had no way of getting out and it was raining. We pulled up to 3 men that were standing outside discussing and my dad asked one of them if he could help. This person we now know was Mark Gonzalez. We asked him how we could get out of here and he said "I don't know how you got in here in the first place" in a sarcastic, disrespectful way as if we weren't supposed to be there. I told him we just came out from trying to see some cars and would like to go home. Then he said you need a code. We asked him how do you get the code and he says you can't be given the code I have to type it in myself (fine, security reasons of course, I'm not gonna argue with that). Then he says we have to wait until the rain stops (he didn't want to get wet I presume) (The rain just stopped at 8:00pm btw). So my dad got out of the car and asked the person we spoke to about cars (the ONLY saving grace in this story) that we were shopping for to please type the code into the gate so we can leave. Mind you, this Lyft driver has now been on the property WAY longer than need be. I was embarrassed that someone was so inconsiderate of someone else's time as it delayed him from being able to drop us off in the timeframe given and get to his next potential ride. Time IS money for them. The car rep grabbed his umbrella and went out in the rain and punched in the code to let us out. Now I know this may seem like a very small issue to not be complaining about but his character spoke so much volume tonight. His demeaning, disrespectful, snarky tone and unwillingness to even move to help is not something that should be seen from ANY upper management worker. I know this for a fact because just like him, I got my degree (the very same degree he has btw) at Miami Dade College and I for one know they taught us better than to treat people with such disrespect. So shame on you for representing Miami Dade and yourself like that. He took one look at us (IYKYK) and decided we weren't worth the time or effort. I know that this review will probably fall on deaf ears and he probably won't even be getting a slap on the wrist for this kind of behavior but I just want you all to know that you are worthy of respect no matter what you look like or what you think the person has (in their bank account). Mr. Mark Gonzalez, I know you think you did nothing wrong but I am going to pray that you become a better person than you were today and that God have mercy on your soul for being so disgustingly disrespectful to a potential customer. I will gladly take my business somewhere else. I refuse to do business with a company that allows this man to represent it. *thumbs down*

I have a terrible experience in the service department at AutoNational Nissan in Pembroke Pines. I bring my car in for repair. I received a rental car at the Auto National in Pembroke Pines. I received a rental car from AutoNational Nissan in Pembroke Pines was so dirty and no gas in the tank. Then the manager have the nerve to call me to be rude over the phone about the rental car. The reason I got treated with disrespect from the manager it's because I am a color woman. If it was a white individual that manager wouldn't be rude to that individual over the phone. It's should not matter what color a person is, male or female; We all deserve respect because we are customers. AutoNational Nissan management for Service Department needs Improvement on how to treat color people, male or female. Customers should receive excellent service all the time at AutoNational Nissan in Pembroke Pines. I made an appt a few days ago to have my car serviced at 2:00pm. Honestly, it was confusing for my first time. I went inside and there was no one at the front desk so I waited awkwardly until the cashier asked me what I needed. After I told her she told me to go back out and there should be a guy out there. So after that the guy was nice and took my keys and told me someone would come and talk to me shortly. I waited in the lobby for two hours. Nobody said anything to me. Finally a believe a manager noticed me and asked how I was and how long I’ve been waiting and I told him and he was really surprised and started making things happen for me. I appreciated that.I know it wasn’t his fault, it was hard to pinpoint who dropped the ball but I was annoyed. I didn’t leave until around 5:15pm. I don’t think an oil change should have taken three hours? There was a guy named Matty (?) who was pretty nice and made sure to check up on me afterwards so I’d give him 5 stars. But I was overall disappointed with my first visit.

I recently visited a Nissan deal location in Miami,Fl the Pembroke pines branch. I had a unpleasant experience and was told by the service consultant that it’s not his fault. I explained to him I’ll just leave my comment on the survey when I receive it since this is my 4th Nissan that I have purchased. Today I cam back for regular Maintanance and notice the previous service consultant changed my email to “Stevemrsurvey@yahoo.com”. I can not tell you how disgusted i am. Is this the level of professionalism Nissan trains its staff to display. I’m confused how the service manager was not made aware of my complaint but instead my email was changed so i wouldn’t receive a survey. This is unprofessional, disgusting, lacks character and a slap in the face if a customer that has dealt with Nissan since 2012. I would love a response explaining how is 5is acceptable beware for anyone that wears a Nissan logo on their shirt.

I purchases a used 2014 Nissan Altima on Saturday 1/26/19. Todd is amazing. He quickly took care of me when I arrive. he took me out to test out the car within 10 minutes of arriving. I test drive the car. I loved the car during the test. When it time to start the paper work, he offer my mom and step nephew drinks. It was a long process, but it was worth it. Before I left, I received new rugs and Todd put my tag on for me. Everything was good with the car until I drive the car on the highway Monday morning. Steering wheel started to shake when I reached 60 mpr. I knew something was wrong, so I made an appointment for the next day and went in. Tuesday, i came by talk to Todd who talk to his manager and got the car balance free of charge. The wait was a little long, but it was worth getting the car fix. This morning, my car is running smooth with no problem. I'm 100% happy with the "new" car. I look for forward to coming back in future to get my car service. Todd is great!

The service writers are great, no complaints. However attention to detail is severely lacking with the mechanics. Recent trip to have the 60,000 mile service done with transmission service (change fluid) and drive belt replacement. Work completed, checked out ready to go and noticed the check engine light is on. Was not on when I brought vehicle for service. Go back inside find the service writer who takes the vehicle back to the mechanic. When the vehicle is brought back out the advisor says that one of the belts wasn’t tightened properly. I’m just hoping that all the other work was completed properly. Service quality is poor IMO

Even though it was a certified pre-owner, it would have been nice if they had done a thorough cleaning of the car when I was finalizing the sale. A little 409 got rid of a lot of the prior owners dirt in the cup holders and on the floor tracks.

Bad communication skills , waited an entire day for delivery and then was told it would be delivered the next morning , which then turned into the next afternoon . I probably would not have minded waiting , but the fact that the entire day was wasted waiting for delivery , when I could have just been contacted and informed that there was a problem . Other than that , our experience was fine .

I have been bringing my car here for service since Feb 2018. I asked for an oil change and to check the transmission due to a noise it was making. No issues with the oil change however they did not have time to check the transmission because they were backed up. No problem I said i would come back, which is not easy for me as I have 3 kids and work. I came back a few months later I made an appointment and requested they check the transmission plus take care of a recall for my Dodge Journey. They said they did not have the transmission tech here and so I said I would come back again! I made another appointment and came in for oil change, transmission check I told them I did not have time for the recall as I had to take my son to a college appointment and was dealing with my mother being transferred to Hospice That day I was told it would don’t worry it will be an 1hr wait at the most. I said ok and waited. An 1hr later I checked on progress and they had not even seen my car as of yet. I of course got upset, complained and asked for my car back with no service done. Today I return to get all this done made my appointment early. When I got here I was told 2-2 1/2 hr wait, I asked for a courtesy car which there was not one available. Shakira Ramos offered to call budget to rent a car for the day to which I accepted. She said she would call them, 3 hr later I requested on status as no one had bothered to give me one. I didn’t bring up the car rental as I had decided to stay. I asked for status and was told oil change and done but no one had checked the transmission. At this point I was upset and let Shakira know the awful customer service I have received and how she never ordered the rental, she first acted like she didn’t know what I speaking about, but apologized for not calling the car. She then came back and said the checked the noise at it was loose nut bolt and that they were finishing up the recall even though she had said it was done! This will be the last time I bring my car here.

I have never had any issues other than the check in time being way too long for someone who scheduled a 7am appointment to drop off and go to work. This time around, Gary was short with me after I called my husband to confirm and decline additional services for an air filter. Was only there to get pre-paid maintenance done. Asked about how to use my pre-paid detailing service and he got short with me saying he would not be able to tell me and was not helpful. Only stated I needed to ask finance and when i pointed to cashier window he just said “yea, they would tell you”. When I came to get my car it was a $54 balance requested and hey stated for the air filter. They called Gary and he said I did get it. Only said it was incorrect and he would fix after I was calling my husband in to come pay for what I declined. He said it actually wasn’t done. Husband spoke to Service Manager, Patrick, who was also not helpful and had his mind made up that Gary was all right. He tells my husband that he made a mistake (which I know he is human) but then says haven’t you made a mistake in your job. NOT something you say to any customer. My husband still thinks they weee just trying to take advantage of me because I was a women there alone at the time. I went back to speak to him again and he pretended like he didn’t see me standing in his office doorway while he chatted with Gary. After all was said and done I learned too late that I could have scheduled an appointment for detailing when I scheduled the maintenance. The radio, navigation and back up camera were not functioning (blank) screen. Took the car in and also had an oil change, breaks were sweeking and had it looked at. I was told the part will be in in about 7-10 days. When I did not hear back I called several times and was told Carress was off, at one point I got a young man on the phone and I asked when he will be in since it seemed that no one else could help, he rudely responded that he didn’t know what to tell me he did not keep his schedule. I called back and was told his partener will be returning my call .. nothing. I finally got Carress in the phone and he said the part was not in and will get back to me ... nothing! I called today 11/17 and he was off. Was given the voicemail of a manager and left a message for him to return my call ... no response!!! The first experience of taking the car in and the promise of the needed part in 7-10 was not bad.. the follow up on replacing a much needed part has been horrific to say the least

Had my 2016 Nissan Altima serviced at this location for the first time on September 10, 2018. As a single woman I am VERY hesitant to walk into any dealership, for fear of being "raped" financially. I experienced the complete opposite. I was assisted by Jordan, who made the experience painless and kept me informed each step of the way. My transmission and O2 Sensors were serviced in a timely fashion (24 hour turnaround). Having a extended warranty plan was a PLUS +++. Jordan educated me and made sure all my issues were resolved. the service department did an ok job HOWEVER when I tried calling in thur morning 8/16/18 0915-0924 eastern I was completely unable to talk to a person since I was constantly shunted to someone's voicemail (FIVE TIMES) as soon as I said anything. NOONE needs that kind of disrespect and inattention and my anger was caused because they mislabeled when my next oil change is due. Monday August 13, 2018. Took my vehicle for standard oil and filter change. It was during lunch time. Most, if not almost all, service agents were out for lunch. Was issued an initial service ticket and had to wait for a long while until a service agent finally called me. Left vehicle and waited for the usual call once it was ready. NEVER got the call. Arrived on Tuesday. Was informed by the same service agent that the vehicle was ready an hour after I left on Monday and that he did call the to let me know. NOT TRUE, the phone number on record is still the same and I NEVER got a call from Nissan. So your I had a bad experience and will seriously think about traveling all the way to Weston, FL for the next time I need any service. Recommendation: You can NOT let all service agents have lunch all at the same time. Bad practice. Most working customers try to visit your facilities during their lunch break, just to find that there are no service agents available. This NOT the way you run a business, unless you intentionally want your service department to go all the way down hill ? If that is your objective, then you are on the right path.

Very disappointed with Service Department. I am having a problem with my 2016 Maxima SL. The car does a jerking motion when accelerating from 20 to 40 MPH. I took the car for service last Saturday (July 21, 2018). The service advisor Val started to have a smirky smile when I was explaining the problem. He indicated all CVT transmission does that. I told him that my car never did it and it just started to do it. Val said he was going to connected to the computer to see if they could find any errors. After 5 hours later, I get a call from Val and told me they were not able to find any error from the computer. I ask him so what else? He said if the computer can not report the problem they have no idea what is going on. I told him Nissan made a very high tech car and they can't figure out what is wrong with the car with high tech equipment computer. I told him that was not acceptable. Val indicated to me he was going to call Nissan and he was going to call me on Monday (July 23, 2018). Today is Saturday July 28, 2018 and I have not received any notifications from Autonation Nissan Pembroke Pines. On Monday July 23, I took the car to Weston Nissan. The service department bends over backward to find the problem. They were able to communicate with Nissan and got an answer that same day. They check everything that had to do with the combustion, Fuel, transition and the computer. The problem still persists but they did more than Autonation Nissan Pembroke Pines did. I made a mistake by buying a service package from Autonation so I am slave to them. Starting today, I will spend my money at Weston Nissan.

Do not buy from this dealership! They will sell you a car in a hurry but if you need anything afterwards, it's like pulling teeth. The cashier who answers the phone doesn't seem to enjoy her job because she has no intention of helping a customer figure out the status of their car. They are very laid back and not worried about your time. A 2 hour appointment turned into a 5 hour appointment simply because they allow their service department to open at 7am and the employees to arrive at 9am. So after waking up early to bring in the car early (for my scheduled appointment) they made me miss another appointment I had at 1:15pm simply because they didn't have their associates ready to work on time. I feel like they honestly dont care about their customers time. After giving the service advisor my phone number to inform me when the car was ready, he called a random phone number and then got mad when I reached out to him because I hadn't heard from him 4 hours after dropping off my car. Which was promised to me to be done in 2 hours. Honestly I will never go service my car with them. They are the dealer where I bought my car but they will never receive my business again for service to my car. Beware.. you have been warned.

I went over there looking online for a 4dr sedan stick shift and they have a Mitsubishi Lancer GT in store, I was the first one to call for the car, when I arrive the sales person Robert was there immediately he gave me the keys and go for a test drive, I liked the car and start filling all the paper work, I like the numbers they gave me and then he told me the car wasn't into service yet because it was a New Arrival, the dealer took care of the car by changing all New Tires, Alignment and Balancing them, New Oil Change and when I was there to pick up the car he told me that they found they also need to replace the rotors and brake of the car everything with no extra charge, I when the next day to pick up the car and there it was all fixed up, cleaned up and with a Full Tank, the only thing that it was missing was replace the back window tint because they don't do it but they gave me a paper to go to a nearby place that they install tints with no extra charge, I left there super Happy I will definitely recommend make a purchase at Auto Nation Nissan of Pembroke Pines.

Autonation Nissan in Pembroke pines is the best! I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, I asked to have my wiper blades replaced, along with a 4 point inspection done on my vehicle. Not only was I in and out in under an hour, but they also refilled my wiper fluids, balanced my tire pressure, and returned my car to me nice and cleaned. I bought and service my Altima at this dealership and I must say I got a great deal on my vehicle. The service I get is fast and free of hassle. My only issue with the last visit was I found a coupon for my oil change after the paperwork had been written up, I was told by the service advisor it couldnt be changed and that the coupon would be applied on the next visit. The lady that did my checkout said it could be changed and she so no reason as to why the paperwork wasnt re-done by the service advisor. Not really a big deal, but if its just a matter of reprinting a paper, why not do it? As for the rest, they are very friendly, offer water, premium coffee, wifi, and a clean facility.

First time going to the Nissan Service Dept. I was always a Toyota Owner. Hubby purchased my first Nissan Rogue. Was having problems with my Transmission. Afterwards, my sales associate was no longer effective or attentive when I immediately became displeased with my purchase due to some mechanical problems. Luckily, the sales manager stepped in and assured me that everything would be fine. The overall experience was good, the two things that the Salesman failed to mention was: (1). The Maintenance Service Plan that you would have to purchase with the vehicle. (2). The lender who financed my vehicle preferred cash instead of a cashier's check, the problem with that is the Salesman told me this when I was checking out with the cashier and had already written out the check. I had to come back another day to bring the cash from the bank to give to them, due to the distance I traveled to get to this Dealership.

Robert Barona the salesman was very helpful in locating the car I was looking for and quoted me the costs over the phone, and the deal remained the same in the dealership, no games. The (lack of) Service Department is awful. I have an ongoing problem with the truck I leased earlier this year that they can't resolve, and despite the numerous voicemails I left for my service agent and the service manager, they refuse to call me back to help me resolve this issue. This is my fourth vehicle from this dealership, and their treatment for a long-time customer is appalling. I will be bringing my vehicle to another Nissan dealership for service going forward.

Since I am 92 years old and the car looked almost exactly like mine, I did not realize I had driven the wrong car home until after I arrived at my house and noticed that it was NOT my car. At 1.30 sbe was still not acco odated so sbe decided to wait for my car to be finished. She finally departed at 2.15. Why make promises you cannot keep.

Having recently lost my car to Hurricane Irma, I was unexpectedly put into a position of having to get a new one. After doing some research, I decided I would look into a Nissan Rogue and went to Autonation Nissan Pembroke Pines. Upon arriving at the dealership , I was met by Wilfredo Cordero, Sales and Leasing professional, who was the absolute best (plus he also serves up a wicked cup of coffee). Wilfredo takes an honest approach to his job, willing to assist however possible, all to ensure that the I was happy with price, vehicle selection, and the overall car buying/leasing experience, which let's face it, can be taxing to say the least. Wilfredo make certain to break all these conceptions and truly made the whole experience a pleasure. This same mentality and business ethic even extended into Finance and Jason Moreta, Financial Services Manager, who was also fantastic to deal with (and he has a great sense of humor as well). In all, the car buying experience could not have been smoother. Congratulations Autonation Nissan Pembroke Pines on such a fantastic crew. Service department is not good. Had to wait almost three hours for an oil change. The people don't care seeing you there upset and if you ask them something they could careless. When drop your car now the kids worker are on there phone texting and playing around. I do not like going there. Not treated nice and always complain to the manager. Car service- When I called to make the service appointment I was on hold for 15 minutes at which point the service department came on and then hung up on me. I had to call back in to make the appointment and was on hold for another 10 minutes. When I showed up to my appointment, the computer wasn't up and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for service to begin. I was one of the first appointments. In fairness, this was during the preparation for Irma so I can understand if peoples minds were elsewhere, I've just had continual poor service from this department ever since I've purchased my car.

My daughter takes her Nissan in today (08/22) to this dealership for an oil change and check up before heading back to school on a 500 mile drive. She receives a call from her Service Advisor after a half hour and told her car is ready. She returns to the dealership to see her car running with no one in it. She receives her paperwork, keys, pays her invoice and leaves. As she is driving and is nearly home she notices a laundry lst of concerns with the invoice that may need to be taken care of including such things as Power Steering fluid, brake fluid, etc. No one called to ask her if the wants it taken care of. No one physically told her about it.They just send her on her way for her long drive.

I was there for the passenger airbag recall. When signing up, I asked that the rear stoplight bulb be replaced. I made the mistake of not asking what the charge would be for this latter service. Turned out to be $35. !!! I will never return to a dealer for such simple repairs. Period. Also--I noticed from the waiting room that everyone's car was vacuumed prior to delivery to the customer. Not for me. Bummer!

The dealer Lloyd was awesome however; his supervisor (Kenry) was very rude he was more concerned about ordering his lunch. He made the car experience very uncomfortable. I asked him about the price on the car and he screamed and advise me that, that was the price and he wasn't changing it. There was miscommunication with the sales man (Lloyd) and I. I asked his manager a question and he scold Mr. Lloyd in front of me on not providing me the information when in fact I didn't have that question until I entered the manager office. The manager was very loud and rude. I would have paid more money somewhere else for better customer service.

I have a 2009 Nissan versa, bought it new from them. Good little high mileage fuel car. Cheaply made. I had the entire inner door and instrument knobs replaced in the first year. They sent me a letter in 9/16 about needing an airbag sensor recalled. They never called me back and said it would be in around November. Never was repaired and they said no one should sit in the passenger seat. Tried to get through today, 4/10/17-no answer at service desk at 9:10 AM

Dishonest and rip customer off. Be careful before putting one step on the dealer. Do your homework. I contacted AutoNation Nissan because Im shopping for a specific car. I used the chat on the website told them about leasing the car, what was the Residual value, money factor and best offer for a 2017 Pathfinder SL. Got an email from Frederick P. with a quote saying AutoNation price was $30,036. Which I thought it was a good deal. Then I got a call from Robert H he got more details of what Im looking for. Asked him to send a final invoice with fees etc.. so, got the invoice first thing I notice was the AutoNation sales price went up to $31,406.18 including a $180 fee for wheel locks the dealer installed. When I asked, the response was that rebate lease was lower than retail. BS! I asked about the wheel locks. And he said that the dealer installed all of them in the car and there will be a $120 fee to remove it. BS! And $150 rip-off Also, they included all sales tax amount on the quote when in lease you pay taxes on monthly basic. Which he removed after I mentioned. Otherwise another rip-off. Also, when I do the match with the number provided there was like $60 dollar lower compared to them. So, something else was hiding that they didnt mentioned. When I asked, the response was. I dont know where you came out with those numbers. Bottom line this is our price
. Is actually called MATH. Plus, there is a lot of tool available you can use for this now day. End of the day. good thing I didnt waste my time going to the dealer. And will be tacking my business someone else. First impression is what matter. Mine was horrible dishonest. Good thing about this country. There are plenty of dealers out there. also website is misleading/false when showing the price. is says AutoNation price. but do not says is for Purchasing rebate only.

My oil was changed on a Thursday and bu Sunday I was already putting air in my tires and they never replaced the sticker telling me when I need my next oil change. I was charged but I really don't know if they actually did the oil change or the standard check up that usually comes with the oil change. They did fix my axis though.

My sister in law and I came here so she could get her first car, we were greeted by Diane Peach and she was very nice, helpful and funny. she had to leave so she asked her partner Wilfredo to help facilitate the deal. First of all when I went into the service area everyone was to busy to help me, when i finally got help the guy had no customer service at all.....i was not informed of the increase in the price for the oil change until i was checking out, so i paid $63 after using my $15 coupon!! I checked the review before going and it said they were friendly....LIE!!!!! I will NOT be going back there ever!!!!!!!!!

I recently bought a new 2016 Nissan Rogue SV from AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines. Having already done my research and test-driven several different crossovers, I had decided I wanted to purchase a Nissan Rogue SV with the premium package and almond interior. I called several Nissan dealerships in the South Florida area to inquire about availability and pricing. When I called AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines, I spoke with both Nicholas and Kenry; they both knew exactly what vehicles they had available (unlike representatives from most of the other dealerships I called) and were clearly knowledgeable about the Rogue and its various options/features. They also demonstrated patience and professionalism when answering my questions. Thankfully they had three vehicles that fit my criteria. We discussed and agreed upon a price on the phone and they said they would have the cars I wanted to see waiting out front when I arrived. My husband and I drove to the dealership and sure enough, Kenry and Nicholas were both waiting for us with the three cars ready. I inspected the cars and drove the blue one around the lot - I decided that was the one I wanted. From there, they simply drew up the paperwork and we were done! I had read horror stories about bait-and-switch and upsell tactics people encountered at other dealerships, and I'm pleased to report that couldn't be further from my experience at AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines. Kenry honored the price we had agreed upon, and he and Nicholas both provided excellent customer service throughout the entire (expedient) process. This is how car buying should be.

Wilfredo was very helpful. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive vehicle, add-on features, or anything like that. The particular vehicle I saw on the Internet has just been sold to another customer, and he quickly found another at the same cost which was identical in features. There was none of the hard-sell for extended warranties, etc. from Wilfredo, and the staff. Of course, some were offered, because some people actually like buying added options, but everything was polite, and the deal I wanted was concluded without conflict.

I have been coming to this Nissan for years on all my purchases and service needs. I spoke to my advisor Chris L. over the phone about my concern with some lights flashing on my dash. I was expecting the repair to be costly but I scheduled my appointment and met with him promptly. We reviewed the service my vehicle needed an oil change, tire rotation, battery terminal check and brake check. Shortly after he called me over to give me an update on the lights on my dash, it was confirmed to be a brake issue. He notified me of the cost and I approved afterward, he informed me that the battery terminal wasn't just corroded on the surface but all the way to the fuse link. I can always rest assured that he will keep me informed with everything during my visits. I left with the service done on time at a reasonable price too! Along with the same friendly and professional demeanor that myself and family continue to receive here.

Arrived with my car at the appointed time, Service writer Gary, took down the information, and I was told it would take about 1.5 hours. I waited in the very comfortable lounge. Car was ready on time, and they cleaned the windows and vacuumed the interior. Excellent customer service.

So I made an appointment for my Jeep... Once I got there the people that took my car were so unhappy that it set the tone for the rest of the appointment. Once I came in to the trailer because they are remodeling I think not one person realized that I was there finally a man in a white shirt told me to see Beatriz Perez with out an even hello (basic costumer service). Once I started talking to her I realized that she doesn't like her job at all. Not a glance nor a smile just started asking me question and took it for granted that I spoke Spanish because switch to it with out me saying anything. The worst part of it was that it was my first time to them and didn't know the process of service. It is a huge change from Mercedes Benz & Range Rover when it comes to basic customers service. The only person that was nice and friendly was Neil Smith that drove me home with out me getting an answer about getting a loaner car.... I guess no loaner for me.

The sales person ("Wilfredo Cordero") was really nice and helpful, we asked him for a better discount for the car and he offered us to talk to his manager, so we agreed. When the manager ("Andy Power") came, we introduced ourselves and asked him if we can get a better price for the car. He immediately said: This is a loser car and I can't give you a better price. I'M NOT STUPID!. We asked him: why are you talking in this way. He responded by saying: I'M SPEAKING ENGLISH! we told him no one was saying that you were stupid, we are just kindly asking if you could give us a better price and you could respond nicely by saying sorry this is the best i can do! AND he also said that we had to make up our minds because it was 8:15 and they will close at 9:00 and he had to keep some employees just for us !!! even though there were other customers in the showroom! He didn't even have the courtesy to apologize ! He just got up and said go think about it. I told him the deal is off!! you are a disrespectful person and I left. I am so happy and so thrilled with my new 2016 Altima SR. Grace Izquierdo was the sales lady who helped me and she is by far the sweetest sales person ever. We had worked out a quote prior to me coming in and she had the car cleaned and perfectly ready to go when I got there. I ended up choosing a different model than the one she had already set up for me (I really wanted the one with the LED headlights) and she did everything in her power to find me the vehicle and have it shipped over because it was at a different dealership. The worst dealership I've ever been to. I been there twice and both times was a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They're lucky they even got one star from me. Poor customer service, unprofessional, all together HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They tried to charge me $980 for work that cost about $500 every where else. Check and question EVERY charge on your receipt. They tried to add extra charges thinking customers won't recognize it. And get snippy with you, when you question them. Why do they hate me!! This time it's service. The first service went ok, waited 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. To some 45 minutes would seem a lot but this is a dealership and they are not exactly known for speed. This time I again went on line to schedule my 10k service. Same service as before, oil and tire rotation was told 45 minutes figured an hour. One hour and 40 minutes later I get my truck. That's not all. On line they tell me the 10k service, "This package includes everything you need to get the most from your vehicle", is $69.90. OK they sent me a coupon with my confirmation that states I'll get 10% off my service. $69.90 x 10% off = 62.91 times 6% sales tax my bill should have been $66.68, right? No I have to pay $72.29. I don't get it, do you? Guess where I'm not going for service? Go to yelp and see what happened during the sale.

I dropped my car to get it fixed, it supposes to get it fixed in 1 week, it has been more than 3 weeks but it still not ready yet. They never keep you informed why it is taking so long. I have to call every time. Worst thing is when i went to pick my car after informing me that my car is ready to pick up, guess what......They did not even check the car if it is fixed completly or not. Warning / advice. This is straightforward for NISSAN DEALER. I do not usually show my privacy, but I have to warn them not to pass the same. I bought a nice SUV Nissan Pathfinder in Florida has nearly 4,000 miles and already has problems with the transmission, Nissan does not want to replace me the car, only they want to replace the transmission, and that's not right, because I bought a car zero miles, and not a car with problems. With this experience I NEVER buy a NISSAN.

To: CustomerFeedback@autonation.com Sent: Friday, April 3, 2015 3:50:17 PM Subject: $1500 oil leak Hello, We purchased a pre-owned BMW 650i from Pembroke Pines Chevrolet on March 18, 2015 with 49900 miles. I paid the advertised price and drove the vehicle home to Ft Myers. I noticed on the way home that the steering wheel was off center so I made a appointment at my local BMW dealer to have an alignment done. What came next was quite shocking. The service adviser (Frank @ Ft Myers BMW) said that I have a severe oil leak from an alternator bracket and a leaking vacuum pump. The estimate was close to $3400 for the repairs. I declined the work and decided to get a second opinion from an independent shop that also specializes in BMW's. Till's Import Car Clinic not only confirmed that the leak is severe, but also noticed that the lower control arm bushings are 75% perished (explains why the alignment could not be done). At this point I reviewed my paperwork and remembered that with the purchase was a 60 day limited warranty that may cover these repairs. After getting I touch with United States Warranty Corp and having to fax my copy of the policy in to see if the repairs are covered I get a call from Frank the service adviser that an inspector would like to see the car. Great, it seems as though this will have a happy ending. Sort of. The claims adjuster at United States Warranty told me that he authorized the vacuum pump & the control arm bushings to be repaired but not the oil leak. Apparently, from the inspectors opinion, this leak has been ongoing for some time and should have been handled before the sale. Furthermore, it is also the opinion of the adjuster (Chuck @ ext 208) that the engine was cleaned to hide the leak. Now, I'm no mechanic, but when the underbody panel is completely soaked with oil it does lend some weight to the adjusters claim of a long standing leak. So at this point I'm pretty upset. Chuck, the claims adjuster was actually very empathetic towards this situation and recommended I call the Chevrolet store to see what they could do, because this is something that should have been addressed. I mean they put new front brakes on the car, how could a tech not see oil everywhere ? Well, today I called and asked to speak with the used car manager to see if I can get some help. In a word, NOTHING. I didn't get the managers name, but he's the one with a English/New Zealand accent. He repeated absolutely NOTHING can be done. Didn't care, told me he was going to 'look into it' but I know when I'm being lied to. So, here I am stuck with a $1500 repair. Obviously, if I knew the car needed this much in repairs I would have passed on buying. What really makes me upset is that these are safety issues. I drive my 5 year old daughter to school 4 days a week. The oil is pouring down the block into the alternator, the vacuum pump leaking affects the brakes, and the control arm bushings are critical steering components. How could a car in this condition pass a basic safety inspection in a company like AutoNation? Not sure why I'm even writing this, its probably a 50/50 anyone will even read it let alone help.

I wish I never did business with these people. Everybody is so nice and curteous because they are trying to make the sale. After the sale is made you can count on some [non-permissible content removed]! I am on my 3rd day of having the car I purchased from this dealer, and I already had a problem since the 1st day. I informed them and they told me to basically come in and waste a hour of my time to do absolutely nothing and to give me my car in the same exact condition it was in. It makes me wonder if they even tried? I was given a 60 day warranty when I purchased the car. I asked them BEFORE I bought this loud scrapping car "If I find ANYTHING WRONG I can bring it back to get fixed. Their response: YES!!!! Sooooo I found something wrong and I bring it back and now all of a sudden it's not covered under the 60 day warranty. I feel like I was lied to about the warranty, I feel like these people will tell you anything to make some money. I will be pursuing this issue because it is a very easy and petty thing to fix and they just dont want to fix it. They should have said NO when asked would they fix ANYTHING I found in the 60 days because now they are not sticking by their word. I am stuck in this car that scrapes along the road everytime I press the breaks. I don't think it is fair, nor do I think it is ethical. I will definitely be speaking to their corporate office, BBB, and the States Attorney Office about this incident. This is why people are afraid of buying cars because of [non-permissible content removed] like them. Overall I had the worst car buying experience ever and I will have to pay for REAL MECHANICS to fix this annoying a** sound. Charged $100 labor for recommended 30k mile service on 06 Sentra automatic transmission. The work was to remove and replace a drain plug and dispose of old fluid. Why so much? Well, I guess that's what happens when you go to the dealer, but I have no choice because the Nissan D ATF that manufacturer recommends must mix with existing fluid, as ATF drain only removes part of the fluid and it is bad to mix different types. Then I read the paperwork and see they filled it with cheap $6 per quart transmission fluid, WITH THE PRODUCT CODE FOR A CHEAPER ATF on the work order, instead of manufacturer recommended Nissan D ATF, which is normally about $14. When I questioned that item on work order, the manager said it was a "coding error" and I had received the Nissan ATF. At $6 a qt? So, I am to believe that just out of the blue they gave me a 50% discount on Nissan ATF and the work order is wrong and I have to take his word for it. At any rate, labor should have cost about the same as an engine oil change without filter, not $100. Wonder why people hate car dealers?

Before I made my final decision, I shopped around at a few dealerships. I submitted internet inquiries and made a few calls. The ONLY one who took actual interest and did his best to find me what I was looking for, was Ralph at AutoNation Nissan in Pembroke Pines. Not only did I find a car that I'm inlove with, 2013 Nissan Rogue, but I felt like they were eager to earn my business. This is a very competitive business and I think a lot of car salesmen these days fail to realize that consumers have a lot more resources to use for research & negotiation purposes, so when they begin a relationship with a potential customer and dont show interest in earning their business, or show they dont care about the customers concerns or challenging circumstances....they lose a sale. I definately did not feel that way with Ralph, and I'm very happy with my overall experience and purchase. Thank you

I got a great deal and not only that but when I went in after work in my UPS uniform the sales manager also told me that I was in titled to an additional discount due to being a corporate business associate to Nissan. You can't beat that deal a dealership giving an additional discount - Un heard of !!!

I bought my 2003 Nissan Frontier from Maroone Nissan-Pembroke Pines. After giving me an online quote, they tried to raise the price because they had to get a vehicle from another dealership since they didn't have one fitting all of my criteria. At no time did they inform me that there were aftermarket (non-dealer installed) components on the vehicle (I had no reason to suspect that there would be after market components considering it was a brand new vehicle). Nor, did they tell me that these components were not covered by the regular bumper to bumper warranty or the extended warranty which I purchased from them. When I picked up my truck the rear bumper was scratched and slightly bent. They agreed to fix the problem. On my first pre-scheduled visit to the dealership for the repair, the painter wasn't there. Nobody attempted to call to inform me of this. They actually left me sitting in the waiting room for over 90 minutes before telling me this information. On my second pre-scheduled visit, the painter was there. They fixed the bumper, but the painter accidentally put a superficial slice in the leather seat and got paint on the seat. When I pointed this out to the service manager, he had the audacity to claim that they had no way to know that I didn't do this. They refused to correct their problem.
